Laws and regulations to invest in Cuba
According to article 11.1 of Law 118, foreign investment can be authorized in all sectors, with the exception of:
– Health services to the population, except their business systems.
– Education services to the population, except their business systems.
– The armed institutions, except their business systems.
All documents are available only in Spanish.
