The Center for the Promotion of Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment of Cuba (PROCUBA), is the entity attached to the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment of Cuba that provides specialized services to exporting, importing and producing companies of goods and services and to potential foreign partners for the encouragement, promotion and marketing of their goods and services, as well as for the identification of business opportunities with foreign investment.

To contribute to the development of foreign trade and investment in Cuba, the management of commercial information, the promotion of trade and foreign investment opportunities and the carrying out of market research for its implementation in the commercial management of companies, in accordance with the objectives and priorities of the country.

To be recognized as a center of excellence for the development of trade, to help companies export more competitively and import efficiently, to apply a selective approach to work with users by prioritizing companies and sectors in need of support that will bring about a greater economic impact, and to encourage teamwork both within the organization and towards the national and collective entities with which it relates.
